Excellent pizzas. Really good. All the ingredients in our other courses were super fresh. It’s a simple restaurant but they offer quality and good value.

Very happy with this visit ( the first one for my family and I )... Pizza was very good and the cheese sauce appetizer with shrimp and spinach was out of this world... Good wine list and the service was good, they were friendly and pricing absolutely fair

Though we've been there in the past, tonight was even better! The hummus plate was delicious with their pizzeta bread. We ordered a pizza with roasted garlic, it was perfect! Everyone there was very kind and attentive. I can't wait to bring others there with me the next time we go, soon

Uniquely delicious pizza. If you buy a "regular" pizza here, I am sorry to say, you are foolish. No cheese and pepperoni for me! Bring on the red cabbage, peas, carmelized onions and porcini sauce! Or the three mushroom pizza!

The best authentic "Italian cuisine" I had a wood fired pizza; my wife had the grilled sea scallops with pasta and our guest had grilled salmon with pasta/veggies. Service prompt, friendly & curious. Portions were bountiful, making the "doggy bag" a culinary delight, for another mealtime. Being able to travel our great land and invite friends or relatives out to dine, is an invaluable social pleasure to reminisce on the last few seasons... I recommend "La Florentina", for the food & atmosphere.

La Florentina is not your run of the mill pizza or Italian restaurant. Their unique menu options and wood roasted techniques definitely make this restaurant stand out. We have gone many times and continue to come back because of the quality of the food. The restaurant is in a more run-down location of Kingston, and the atmosphere is a bit dated and run down, but do not let that stop you from trying this place. Go for the food and you will not be disappointed. Warning the food is very good but it is also very salty, oily, and lots of garlic. There really is way too much of these ingredients, which causes it to taste amazing at first, but by the end, you wish they had used half the oil. I still love their food, but i also do not finish my serving. They do charge an extra fee if you use a credit card and the last time we went they were unable to serve alcohol which is a bit disappointing because their dishes will go great with a nice glass of wine. Hopefully, that issue will get resolved quickly.

Always amazing!!! The brick oven pizza is perfection!! We have ate here a few times and every single time it’s been great!!
